Presentation guidelines


  • Long / Special Sessions:
    • 15 min. oral presentation + 5 min. discussion.
    • Even if you are participating online, you are expected to make the presentation in real time and be available for Q&A following the presentation. The submitted video will be used in case of network problems. In case you are participating onsite, you should present in person. We can also provide you a monitor in the demo + poster session. In that case, please contact both the Program chairs and Local committee regarding the request by June 18.
  • Short:
    • 8 min. oral presentation at the Plenary Session (10:30-12:00 on June 28th) and 180 min. digital poster presentation at the Demo + Poster session (18:00-21:00 on June 28th).
    • If you are participating onsite, you are expected to present in both sessions in person. Even if you are participating online, you are expected to make the presentation in real time during the plenary session. The submitted video will be used in case of network problems.
    • Digital posters will be presented on a 60 inch monitor, so you may prepare any kind of presentation that can be shown on a monitor including PDF document, Power Point presentation, and video. Even in case you are participating online, you can still present your digital poster in real time if you wish. In that case, please contact both the Program chairs and Local committee regarding the request by June 18.
  • Demo:
    • Please follow the instructions from the Demo chairs.
  • Doctoral Symposium:
    • 15 min. presentation + 15 min. discussion.
    • Even if you are participating online, you are expected to make the presentation in real time and available for Q&A following the presentation.
  • Workshop:
    • Please follow the instructions from your Workshop organizers.
